Coconut Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 (13.25 ounce) can full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup erythritol
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
Steps
  1. 1. Place the oats, coconut milk, water, cacao powder, erythritol and salt in inner pot and stir in combine. Secure the lid.
  2. 2. Press the manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust the time to 6 minutes.
  3. 3.When the timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
  4. 4. Allow the oatmeal to cool slightly before spooning into bowls to serve.
