Ingredients
  • 200g Shirataki Noodles (I use Spicefield "Taste of Asia". They taste very good!)
  • 140g Thin Bacon (choose one with a lot of visible fat)
  • 40g Fresh Spinach (add however much you want really, Spinach is one of the best greens for Keto)
  • 50g Heavy Cream (Yes, it actually mixes well with the rest, but creme fraiche works as well)
  • 30g Soy sauce (go lower if your bacon is very salty)
