- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
- subheading: For the Raspberry Topping:
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup sugar
- 12 oz frozen raspberries (or fresh is fine)
- 1 ½ tbsp water
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp vanilla
