Olive, Feta & Chilli Spaghetti with Baby Broccoli & Paprika-Parsley Pangrattato
Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ packet slivered almonds (30g)
  • ½ container Kalamata olives (50g, seeds removed)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons crumbled feta
  • subheading: PAPRIKA PARSLEY PANGRATTATO:
  • ½ clove garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (10g)
  • 3 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs (15g)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

  • 2 teaspoons crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ lemon, cut into wedges
