Egg and biscuit bake

Ingredients
  • 8 eggs
  • ½ cup skim or 1% milk
  • 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar
  • 1 tube regular biscuits, quartered (I use Meijer brand)
  • 5 diced turkey sausage links ( I use Butterball fully cooked turkey links)
  • 1 packet McCormack country gravy
Steps
  1. Preheat over to 350. Spray a 9x13 dish. Lay quartered biscuits evenly in bottom of dish. Add diced sausage, followed by cheese. Whisk eggs and milk, pour over everything. Follow directions on gravy mix to prepare. Pour over eggs. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.

  • 4sp blue and purple, per serving of 10.
