Ingredients
  • Scant 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Scant ½ cup (115ml) water
  • 5 teaspoons (25ml) olive oil, plus extra for brushing
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Sea salt flakes and sesame seeds, (for sprinkling)
