- 1 bunch fresh sage
- 1 bunch fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Turkey Drippings
- 3 cups turkey stock see above for instructions, warmed
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
