Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
  • 1 cup pumpkin canned, unsweetened
  • 1½ cups Almond flour
  • 1 cup sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 5 eggs
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Grease a 8×4 inch loaf pan well.
  3. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla, salt and spices.
  4. Beat in the eggs and then add the almond flour.
  5. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes until firm and a toothpick comes out clean.
