Goat Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 4 oz milk alternative
  • 2 T flour
Steps
  1. Blend ingredients. Add to hot pan and ingredients. Stir and let just begin to thicken. Add pasta, and stir until ready. Enjoy!
Notes
  • Blend mixture with a jar of roasted red peppers. Start with just peppers and see consistency. Add liquid if necessary. Try this sauce with “sausage” for a bolognese type sauce on noodles.
