Guo Tie (Chinese Fried Pork and Cabbage Dumplings)

  • 2 tablespoons Chinkiang vinegar (or rice vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon finely sliced scallion greens
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated on a microplane
