Edamame two ways from Rich Lum

One is sprinkled with sea salt the other is garlic chili
Ingredients
  • Edamame
  • Hawaiian sea salt
  • Garlic chili paste
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds
Steps
  1. Add 1 cup of water and a lotus steamer to your pot
  2. Add 1 bag of edamame
  3. Close and seal your pot
  4. Set your pot to manual 0 minutes
  5. do a QR after your pot has beeped
  6. Remove and divide you edamame into 2 bowls
  7. Sprinkle a little sea salt onto the edamame in one bowl and mix together
  8. In bowl two..drizzle sesame oil over the pods, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of garlic chili paste and mix well, sprinkle on the sesame seeds
