- 2 c. Water
Steps
- Pour water into Instant Pot
- Place trivet into IP
- Lightly wet each potsticker with water, place on a silver layer in the steamer basket
- Place basket on top of the trivet
- Cook on low pressure using the Steam function for 5 min.
- Natural pressure release for 10 min
- Then serve
