One-Pan Teriyaki Chicken and Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 ¼ cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup white rice, rinsed
  • ½ cup sliced carrots
  • ½ cup store bought teriyaki sauce or use homemade recipe below
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups small broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • (optional) sesame oil

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
