Chai Spiced Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 TBSP rolled oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp all spice
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth
Notes
  • Top with sliced fruit like kiwi and mangoes, and toasted almonds.
