Ingredients
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or cashew milk)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 pinches mineral salt (1 or 2 pinches)
  • ⅓ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp THM Super Sweet Blend (1 to 1.5 tsp; or to taste)
  • ⅛ tsp THM Glucomannan ("gluccie") (⅛ to ¼ tsp)
  • 7 large ice cubes (7 to 8 ice cubes)
  • 1 Tbsp THM Pristine Protein Powder (heaping tbsp)
  • ¼ oz Skinny Chocolate (chopped; can use FP amount of stevia-sweetened chocolate or 85% dark chocolate)
