  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • subheading: CREAM CHEESE ICING:
  • 8 ounces vegan cream cheese | I like Trader Joe's or Kite Hill
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
