1 yellow onion, chopped

1 tsp garlic minced

6 cups Chicken Broth

6 cups frozen diced potatoes or diced size russet potatoes

2 cups frozen vegetables (I used package of green beans, corn, peas and carrots)

1 TBS italian seasoning

salt & pepper to taste

1 ½ cups milk

2 TBS cornstarch

8 oz velvetta cheese
