  • 200g (7oz) cold leftover porridge - you can use porridge make with porridge oats or oatmeal
  • 300ml ( 1 ¼ cups) lukewarm water
  • 500g (1 lb 2oz) strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
  • ½ tablespoon caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 7g (½ oz) dried yeast
  • Small handful of porridge oats to sprinkle
  • Oil for greasing
