- 1 ½tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 150 g white caster sugar
- 120 g unsalted butter
- 150 ml milk of choice
- 2 tsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large orange zested
- 45 g hazelnuts
- subheading: For the glaze:
- 50 g dark chocolate I use 70% dark chocolate, alternatively use your favourite bar or milk chocolate
- 100 g hazelnut spread e.g. Nutella
