  • 1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

  • 1 ½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
