Hearty Taco Salad
Spanish Rice /Black Bean/Tact Beef
Ingredients
  • (www.pressurecookingtoday.com Spanish Rice) Use 1 - ½ Cups of the Spanish Rice for the Taco Salad. 1  -½ C Black Beans. 1 lb lean ground beef.  ½ C Picante Sauce.  ½ Tbsp. onion powder, 2 tsp. Cumin, 1 tsp. Cilantro. Salt & Pepper to taste. Shredded Lettuce & chopped Tomato topped with grated Cheddar Cheese.
Steps
  1. Barbara Schieving's Quick Spanish Rice mixed with Black Beans and Seasoning Taco Ground Beef.
  2. Prepare the Spanish Rice per Barbara's recipe and mix in Black Beans. Set aside. Thaw the 1 lb of extra lean ground beef in instant pot. Drain beef if necessary and once  add Onion, Cumin, Cilantro and 2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning - saute to brown. Add ½ Cup Picante Sauce and close the IP, set to  and cook for 5 minutes. Mix the ground beef into the Rice mixture.
Notes
  • Prepare Taco bowls with large flour tortillas in taco bowl containers browned in the Air Fryer.
