Copycat 'Just Egg' Vegan Egg Mix

  • ⅛ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp or to taste, black salt (kala namak) for an eggy flavour (optional)
