Easy Slow-Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients
  • 1kg Lilydale Free Range Chicken Thigh, cut into large pieces
  • 2 x 400g cans crushed tomatoes
  • 2 large brown onions, thinly sliced
  • ⅔ cup (200g) tikka masala curry paste
  • ¼ cup (60ml) thickened cream
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander
  • Steamed basmati rice, to serve
  • Raita, to serve
