Ingredients
- They keep you feeling fuller longer because of the protein + fat + fiber from our hunger control shakes and then even MORE fiber and bulk in the oats! That’s why I call them “gut grenades”, which I mean in the BEST possible way.
- Here’s my go-to recipe (in a 16 oz mason jar):
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 scoop Cinnamon Toast Swirl , Strawberries & Cream, OR Chocolate Coconut (or really ANY of our hunger control shakes! Link to buy in bio ⬆️)
- I also toss in a few whole or sliced strawberries for S&C OR add a little cinnamon to the top of the CTS as a ‘flavor detonator’ to really boost the flavor even more! ⚡️
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Just shake and refrigerate for a few hours! Boom
- Oh also, a few people asked if you eat them warm or cold… I personally love to eat them chilled straight from the fridge. And I eat them within 3 days just to be safe.
