Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Square

16 oz pkg chocolate sandwich cookies

2 T butter melted

4 -8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened

1c sugar

1tsp

4 eggs

Place 20 cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Add butter, mix well

and press into a 9x13 pan. Coarsest chop 15 more cookies. Set aside.

Mix: cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs and mix until blended. Stir in the 1½ c reserved chopped cookies. Pour into crust. Top with the rest of the cookie crumbs.

Bake 350* for 40 minutes or until almost set. Chill.

May line cake pan with foil to help
