  • 1lb | 500g | 1 cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • ½tsp cumin seeds
  • ½tbsp garlic powder
  • ½tbsp paprika
  • salt to taste

  • 4oz | 120g | 1 cup brown rice or plain all purpose flour
  • 1tbsp psyllium husk (use chia seeds or flax seeds as an alternative)
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • salt to taste
  • 8oz | 240ml | 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 4oz | 125ml | ½ cup dairy-free sour cream

  • ❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
  • ❗You can substitute brown rice for plain all purpose flour.
  • ❗You can substitute psyllium husk for chia seeds or flax seeds.
