Spicy Paneer Masala Balti
Ingredients
  • 500g Paneer cheese cut into 1cm sized cubes
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying
  • 2 tablespoons garlic and ginger paste
  • 4 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 600ml curry sauce - heated
  • 1 small bunch of fresh coriander - finely chopped
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
