Grilled Chicken with Lemon, Garlic, and Oregano
Ingredients
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ⅛++ cup finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • Dash ground red pepper
  •  
  • 8 chicken boneless breast and dark meat halves. Pound thin.
  •  
  • Cut chicken into good size pieces. Put in large baggie or bowl and pour ⅔ of the marinade in. Marinate for 6 hours or more.
  •  
  • Grill chicken on hot grill
  •  
  • Pour remaining marinate over and serve!!
  • Best with the lebanese garlic sauce
