  • ½ Cup Kettle & Fire Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger (Minced)
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Avocado Oil (Divided)
