  • subheading: My husband does all of his weekly meal prep with the # InstantPot and it looks so quick and easy! I decided I wanted to give it a try, stumbled upon this FB group, and found an easy recipe with ingredients I already had on hand This recipe was shared by Whitney Stamm Cockerell a few weeks ago and is called "Chicken Burrito Bowls" and I tracked my serving as (2sp) after guesstimating 3oz of chicken with each of my three servings. What I did Added 2 frozen chicken breast, 1c s alsa, 1 packet taco seasoning, and ¾c water to the IP and cooked on manuel, high pressure, for 30 minutes then did natural release. I used a hand mixer to shred up the chicken then added a microwaved bag of cauliflower rice and let it all sit for another 30 minutes! Super flavorful and filling. Next time I'll do everything same expect use 4 frozen chicken breasts and add the cauliflower frozen in the beginning with the other ingredients. As Whitney said with her original post: would be awesome served with rice, bean, and even on nachos!:
