Ingredients
  • Rice pudding made with the wheat free orzo rice substitute from sweet victory. I boiled 100g of the rice for 10 mins or till starting to soften. Drain the thick starchy water away. Bring 400mls of double cream to a simmer and add a good glug of vanilla extract and ΒΌ cup of bocha sweet granulated. Add the cooked and drained orzo and stir over a medium heat for a few minutes. It taste lovely but I will let it cool and thicken up before I eat some
