Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1quart milk
  • ½ cup long grain white rice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1stick Butter
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
Steps
  1. 1. Mix milk, rice, sugar, butter and vanilla in large pot.
  2. 2. Cook 1-½ hours on low until thick.
  3. 3. Separate eggs.
  4. 4. Mix yolks in warm rice mixture slowly and constantly stirring.
  5. 5. Beat egg whites on high until stiff peaks. 6. 6. Fold into rice mixture.
  6. 7. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with cinnamon.
Notes
  • Double recipe for more than 3 or 4 max.
