  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained (use fine mesh strainer)
  • 2 cups water, (1¼ cups water if using Instant Pot Method)
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • zest of one orange
  • 2 Tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
