Made maybe 30 cookies and they spread out quite a bit. Pretty good.
Ingredients
- 1 cup + 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 and ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 and ¼ teaspoons kosher salt
- ½ cup + 3 and ½ Tablespoons lightly packed light brown sugar
- ¼ cup + 1 and ½ Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 11 Tablespoons unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 and ¼ teaspoons vanilla paste I subbed with vanilla extract
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats do not use instant
- 1 cup raisins
