Chocolate Sprinkle Sheet Cake

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 cup sour cream, room temperature

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • ½ cup Dutch-process cocoa powder, sifted
  • ¼ cup whole milk, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles, for decorating
