  • 300g rump steak fat trimmed & thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp bi carb soda
  • 1 tbs rice bran oil
  • 100g rice noodles
  • 2tbs red curry paste
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp minced coriander
  • 1 tbs raw sugar
  • 2 tbs crunchy peanut paste
  • ½ tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 (440ml) can coconut milk
  • 220 ml water
  • 250 ml beef stock
  • 3 spring onions (thinly sliced on an angle) (Put a handful in iced water for garnish)
  • 2 cups Chinese Fresh Stir fry mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 tbs shredded fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbs roughly chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small red chilli thinly juliened for garnish
  • Extra rice bran oil for frying
