Mango Avocado Spring Rolls (With Easy Peanut Sauce)

  • ⅓ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon chili garlic sauce (or more, to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ⅓ cup warm water
