Blueberry Overnight Oats (Blended)
Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (240g)
  • ½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (150g)
  • 1 cup thick natural yogurt or Greek yogurt (250g) I use soy
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (8g)
  • 1 to 2 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) optional (10g)
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • subheading: Chocolate Shell Topping:
  • 80 gram dark chocolate melted
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil optional - helps to thin chocolate topping
  • subheading: To serve:
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
