Ingredients
  • Cream Cheese Danish
  • 2 tubes crescent dough sheets
  • 2 - 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups sugar, divided
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • note: Note:  You can eat this warm as soon as it comes out of the oven. My preference, however, is to chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before cutting and serving. This keeps the filling from running out once it has been cut.
