Cauliflower Mash by Rich Lum
Cooked in a 6 qt IP on HP
Ingredients
  • 1 head of  Cauliflower chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup chopped yellow onion
  • 2 to 3 pats of butter
  • Salt and pepper
Steps
  1. Add 1 cup of water to your pot
  2. Place your steamer basket  into the pot and add the cauliflower, garlic, onion and salt
  3. Close and seal your lid
  4. Set your pot to manual 2 minutes..when cooking has ended do a QR
  5. Remove the basket...drain the water out of the pot
  6. Add the butter to the pot and dump the cauliflower on top
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Use an Immersion blender to “mash” to desired consistency
