Curry Kofte and Rice

  1. --Kofte 1 lb meat mixed with 1 tbsp garam Marsala and salt. Mix by hand and create kofte shapes. Put in skillet with 1 tbsp oil.
  2. --1 c basamati rice to 2 c water. Add 5 to 6 crushed cardamom seeds. Cut up a handful of green beans and add on top. Cover. Half way thru cooking add 1 ½ c frozen peas.
  3. --Create a curry sauce and pour over kofte. Continue cooking till done. Serve with yoghurt.
