Ingredients
  • 1 Carrot (medium or about 100 grams, 3.5 ounces), roughly chopped
  • 1 Orange (preferably, navel), peeled
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds, raw and unsalted

  • 1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
