  • 1 tablespoon sriracha, or more to taste
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  •  
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 2 heads butter lettuce, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped dry roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1 lime cut into wedges, for serving
