  • 8oz Fresh Lo Mein Egg Noodles or Regular White Noodles
  • 2 cups Napa Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups Mung Bean Sprouts
  • 1 med Carrot, julienned
  • ½ sm Red Bell Pepper, julienned
  • ½ cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup Bamboo Shoots, sliced
  • ⅔ cup Snow Peas
  • 1 Scallion, julienned
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • ⅛ tsp Salt, to taste
