  • 18 tablespoons ( 9 ounces) unsalted butter
  • subheading: For the Dark Chocolate Ganache:
  • ½ cups whole milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • subheading: For the Chocolate Glaze:
  • 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
