Ingredients
  • ½ lemon washed and sliced
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • thumb size ginger washed and sliced thin
  • spring water
Steps
  1. Place all the ingredients in spring water and boil for 10 mins
  2. Drink every night before bed - preferably warm or room temp
Notes
  • Lemons contain a high amount of Vitamin C, soluble fiber & plant compounds that give them a number of health benefits- helps with heart disease, anemia, kidney stones, digestive issues
  • Ginger decreases inflammation, stimulates digestion and suppresses your appetite
