  • 1 cup ( 198 g) + 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, divided
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup ( 198 g) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup ( 240 ml) whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
