WW lemon cheesecake

Servings: ⅛ pie

Servings: 1/8 pie
Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups of strained plain Greek yogurt(this is through cheesecloth for several hours)
  • 1 small box of sugar-free/tax-free cheesecake pudding(instant
  • ½Tbsp lemon extract
  • 3Tbsp sugar substitute
  • 1Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Steps
  1. In mixing bowl mix eggs, lemon juice, sugar substitute, lemon extract, best well. Add yogurt And pudding mix.  Mix well.  Spray pie dish and pour in mixture.(9in.) Bake at 350 for30 minutes.  Let cool 20 minutes and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 12 hrs.  Be sure to use an electric mixer.  1 point per slice of 8 per pie
