Mini Pecan Pies

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ cup cold water

1 cup pecan halves

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup corn syrup

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt
