Cuban Inspired Black Bean Rice
Ingredients

  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Chilli
  • 2 cups Long Grain Rice
  • 1 Bay Leaf
